Warranty Registration Form

All PowerPac products include a one-year parts only warranty for all business, contractor and municipal use. For more details on product warranty, reference the product owners manual. All engines are subject to manufacturers warranty. Refer to the engine manual for the engine warranty period details.

Proof of purchase, product delivery/pick up date and registration of this form are required to initiate product warranty. Warranty coverage is registered upon receipt of this completed form and supporting materials. The completed warranty registration must be submitted to PMI Equipment within 10 days of pickup/delivery of product.

No customer information will be given or sold to any third party and all information will only be used in order to process and provide warranty and parts support to dealers and their customers.
